“The Sussex Loops” challenge event:

• Event Name: The Sussex Loops

• Distance / Time Limit:
  • Approximately 31 miles (50 km) with an 11-hour time limit.
  • Rolling start times: Walkers at 08:00/09:00, Runners at 09:00/10:00.
• Start Location: Forest Row Village Hall, Lewes Road, Forest Row, East Sussex, RH18 5ES (what3words: ///typical.courier.renovated)
• Routes:
  1. South Loop (Ashdown Forest): Approximately 12 miles.
  2. North Loop (Cansiron Loop): Approximately 10 miles.
  3. West Loop (Rural Loop): Approximately 9 miles.
• General Notes:
  • ALL participants will undertake the South Loop.
  • Upon completing the South Loop within the time limit, participants may choose EITHER the North Loop OR the North Loop followed by the West Loop.
  • All loops will have Clip Points.
  • Entry limit: 200 participants.
  • No on-the-day entries.
