Join Mind’s 30 miles challenge this April and fight for better mental health! Lace up your trainers and run or jog your way through the month, at your own pace. You can do a mile every day or longer distances less often – it’s up to you.

How do I sign up?

Registration is free and easy. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Join our 30 miles in April Facebook group.
  2. Fill in the registration form at the top of the Facebook group.
  3. Choose to set up a Facebook fundraiser or JustGiving page – whatever works better for you.
  4. No Facebook account? No problem. Complete this form and choose to set up your JustGiving page.
  5. Set up your fundraising page.
  6. Once your fundraising page is set up, we’ll send you a free Mind t-shirt and mile tracker in the post.
