2. Register for the challenge with the link inside the group and request your Free Diabetes UK Challenge T-shirt and tracker.

3. Set up your Facebook Fundraiser or JustGiving Page

Once your page is set up, start sharing it with your family, friends and colleagues. Tell them all about your challenge. And why you’re taking part.
