What’s the challenge?

We’re asking you to raise your leg game and complete 50 squats each day in February. That combines to a whopping 1400 squats if you manage to achieve your goal. Take part and raise money in the fight for better mental health.

You can do your squats in one go, or spread them out through the day – it’s your challenge. Just be sure to let people know how your challenge is going!

Why do a squat challenge?

Did you know squats have loads of health benefits? Be it strengthening your lower body to lessen the chance of injury, improving overall flexibility, or simply making you feel accomplished – squats are great!

They don’t require any additional equipment so you can do them pretty much anywhere. If you do fancy a challenge, then you can always look to add weights or more advanced squats.

We know times are tough right now. The cost of living has already taken a huge toll on our mental health.

We think that of the 5 million people who will face poverty as a result of the cost of living crisis, around 1 million will experience a mental health problem.
